Health and Wellness Services is located in TA Parish Hall on the Alfred campus and within the Pioneer Student Union on the Wellsville campus. Services offered include medical care, mental health counseling, and psychiatric services. Sexual and reproductive health care are also provided to students at no cost through a partnership with the Allegany Department of Health. Staff members included licensed health and counseling professionals, as well as registered nurses. The mandatory health fee allows students to obtain medication and medical supplies at no additional cost. Health and Wellness Services prides itself on upholding strict standards of confidentiality and ethical practice. Located in the Student Leadership Center, The Oasis is an alternative therapy space aimed at promoting self-care, stress management, and health and wellness programming. The Oasis offers massage chairs, aromatherapy, a self-help audio library, and access to events like yoga and meditation. The Oasis' hours of operation and services offered vary each semester.
